| THE PROBLEM:
Leading to a frequently used outdoor stage, stairs and landings, on both sides, had settled. The stairs sloped towards the stage and the landings had settled creating a one inch trip hazard. The concern – injury and possible law suits. |
THE SOLUTION:
Grout injection, or ‘Slabjacking’. By injecting a grout mixture under pressure beneath the offending concrete, the stairs and landings were raised, intact, to their original level. |
The process was completed in a morning and the stage was accessible the same day.
