Piering is Ideal for
Cracked or Sunken Foundations
On
the outside of the home we carefully hand dig
selected areas to the base of the damaged
foundation. No heavy equipment is needed and your
lawn and landscaping can remain. We attach
heavy-duty steel brackets and then insert steel
pipes which are hydraulically pushed into the ground
until they reach bedrock or suitable bearing soils.
Once the structure is stabilized with piers, it can
then be lifted to its original elevation.
